Hillside Villa with private pool and 3 bedrooms. The villa has terrific sea and panorama views, a beautiful garden with trees and many plants. All day sun. The Villa is located in Benimeit a quiet area preferred by tourists and residence a like. 5 minutes to Moraira’s excellent beaches, restaurants and marina. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday.
